Professor Lu is our main assisting instructor. You will see her helping in kids classes and all adults classes. She is there to share her knowledge and passion with the students everyday.

Professor Maddy is our secondary assisting instructor. Her and Professor Kelly have been training together since white belts. You will see her assisting in the advance classes and hosting open mats on Friday nights.

Coach Nelson, or Papa Bear as the team calls him, is a coach for the adults programs. He has his own class on Saturdays that you don't want to miss.

Coach Sarah is a huge part of our coaching team. She helps teach all of the kids classes and occasionally covers the adult beginners classes.
Coach Jess
Coach Jess is our firecracker of coaches. She help teach the Preschool and youth programs. She also is a huge help when new women come to the adult classes.
Coach Cindy
Coach Cindy is a mom turned coach. She is a very loving member of our coaching staff for the Preschool classes.

Junior coach Ronak was our first ever Junior Coach. He helps teach the Preschool kids and occasionally helps with the youth program.
